WHAT IS IT ?
A 7 day challenge, kicking off with a group masterclass where I (Tasha) will be sharing with you a simple, yet life- changing set of mental & practical tools which have helped 100s of women to BREAK THE BINGE EATING CYCLE.
You will also receive a 1:1 'clarity session' with me where we will fine-tune and personalise those methods to YOU and your journey. Delving deeper into your patterns and struggles and creating a goal-focused road map to guide you along your peaceful eating journey.
This 1:1 session will be followed up with 7 days of intensive Whatsapp support including messages / audios of motivational prompts & reminders to help you stay on track and focused on applying those methods into your daily life.

In your 1:1 'clarity session', we will talk in private on Zoom or phonecall (whichever you prefer) and personalise the tools & methods to your individual needs.
We will look at where you're currently feeling stuck, we will create a vision of exactly where you want to be and then together, we will create your very own peaceful eating roadmap to bridge that gap in the most efficient and effective way.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTERWARDS?
After the 7 days, you can expect to feel extremely motivated and fired up about the changes you've already begun making in your life.
