I lost many years of Christmas magic to these destructive thought patterns. I wanted SO much to feel present amongst my family and friends. To enjoy Christmas as I did when I was a child but those voices in my head were just too loud.

 

Since healing my relationship with food, the reclaiming of Christmas magic is one of the greatest gains. Every year, to this day, I am filled with an oozy, warm gratitude that now I CAN enjoy those foods without the extremes. I CAN feel present with my family. I CAN be that girl who merrily tucks in and who loves and trusts herself implicitly to eat peacefully.

In this hour long online workshop, I will arm you with some key, essential mind-management tools to help you stay in control and food. You will learn mindfulness techniques to keep you grounded and you will receive a FREE festive food planner to help you map out and navigate your way through a totally binge-free Christmas.
