Which is why I'm offering a FREE online workshop to share the practical tips, mindset tools and game- changing methods to help remain calm and in control around food throughout the entire festive period.
I lost many years of Christmas magic to my own destructive food patterns. I wanted SO much to feel present amongst my family and friends. To enjoy Christmas as I did when I was a child but those voices in my head were just too loud.
Since healing my relationship with food, the reclaiming of Christmas magic is one of the greatest gains.
Every year, to this day, I am filled with an oozy, warm gratitude that now I can enjoy those foods without the extremes.
