When we quieten our minds through conscious, guided breathwork and body stillness, we can tap into our subconscious which is the part of our brain where repeated thoughts and behaviours reside. It is by accessing this place that we can start to rewire the way that our brain thinks and behaves around food completely.

This is NOT because you are a failure and it has nothing to do with a lack of will power.
It is in actual fact because whilst the logical part of your brain knows what it wants to do, the subconscious part of your brain is still hardwired to repeating these behaviours time and time again despite your hardest efforts.

Starting on 20th September, I will be leading 5 guided meditations all focused on tapping into this subconscious part of your brain, unpicking those old neurological pathways and creating new ones that better serve you and your peaceful eating journey.
