PEACEFUL EATING ONLINE PROGRAMME
This online programme is a perfect first step towards creating a peaceful relationship with food. The six clear and concise modules turn a process which can feel both scary and overwhelming, into something more practical and easy to understand.
The programme can be done at your own pace, however I recommend spending a week on each module to allow time for the new knowledge to really sink in. Each module consists of an audio, some worksheets and some actionable tasks to help integrate the tools and knowledge into your life as you go along.
You will also have one private coaching session at the end of the 6 modules to talk through your experience, tie up any loose end discuss any areas you feel need a little clarity.

STOPPING A BINGE IN ITS TRACKS & HOW TO BOUNCE BACK IF YOU FALL OFF TRACK
Progress of any kind is not linear and its important to know how to catch a potential binge in its tracks and how to bounce back, with self love, strength and compassion should you fall of track.
A HEALTHY APPROACH TO EXERCISE & FEELING CONFIDENT IN YOUR OWN SKIN
Exercising is one of the healthiest things you can do for body and mind and it should feel AMAZING. There are so many different ways to move your body - It doesn’t have to mean spending 6 days a week in the gym if that’s not your thing. In this module we develop a fitness regime that feels nourishing, sustainable and personal to YOU.
GENTLE NUTRITION BASICS
In this final module, we look at accompanying your new and improved mindset with some basic nutritional knowledge so that you can know you are nourishing your body with everything it needs to live a long, healthy and fabulous life.
DIET CULTURE DETOX
I like to think of this module as prep work for the new tools and knowledge you are about acquire. Its where we unlearn all of the dieting myths, fears and beliefs - creating space for your fresh new mindset.
IDENTIFYING AND HONOURING YOUR BODY'S NATURAL HUNGER & FULLNESS CUES
Years of over-dieting can inhibit our bodies natural hunger/ fullness cues meaning we have trouble knowing when to eat, how much to eat and when to stop. In this module we will learn how to re-awaken our natural cues and begin to honour and trust them.
CREATING BALANCED MEALS & RE INTRODUCING FEAR FOODS IN A CONTROLLED WAY
In this module we will uncover your fears surrounding certain foods/food groups and begin to reintroduce them in a healthy and controlled way so that you no longer have the desire to binge on them
