THE 1:1 ELEMENT
'I work incredibly closely with my clients to ensure you feel completely supported throughout every moment of your journey both inside and outside of session.
You will receive weekly 1:1 calls with me. During these calls we will establish your personal weekly goals, shine clarity on any blocks which are showing up for you and make sure that we are both 100% happy with your progress.
You will also have my unlimited Whatsapp support at your fingertips whenever you need it.
THE GROUP ELEMENT
You will also participate in twice weekly group sessions every Monday & Thursday at 7:30pm and have access to a closed Whatsapp group which is your safe space to receive on- hand support every minute of every day.
Seeing the wins of others is incredibly motivating and when everybody steps in and offers support to someone who may be having a difficult moment, we can help that person realise that they aren’t a failure, they are just growing.
(All sessions are recorded in case you have to miss one!)
HOW THE PROGRAMME WORKS
We have 2 group sessions per week on zoom where each of the 12 modules is covered. You will also receive a weekly 1:1 call with me where we personalise each module to your individual needs and goals.
In addition, you will be in a Whatsapp group with myself and your fellow team members where I will send regular reminders and motivation. You can turn to this group for support every minute of every day.
Every single thing you need for a FULL recovery from toxic food patterns will be covered in depth.
