THE 12 WEEK PROGRAMME THAT WILL TAKE YOU FROM BINGE EATER TO PEACEFUL EATER IN 10 SIMPLE MODULES
I am looking for 8 individuals that are ready break free from their toxic relationship with food and reclaim their life, health and happiness with the help of me, Tasha, a woman who has been right where you are and is ready and committed to holding your hand and guiding you to a life of food freedom.
THE GROUP ELEMENT
….Is frickin’ magical. I can’t explain the energy and power that is generated by a group of others all on one determined mission. You will participate in twice weekly group sessions and have access to a closed Facebook group which is your safe space to both hold and be held.
Seeing the wins of others is incredibly motivating and when everybody steps in and offers support to someone who may be having a difficult moment, we can help that person realise that they aren’t a failure, they are just growing.
THE 1:1 ELEMENT
Every person’s recovery journey is totally unique to them and included in the programme is 12 x weekly 1:1 sessions to personalise each of the modules to YOU and give you the space to talk with me 1:1.
In these sessions we will establish your personal weekly goals, shine clarity on any blocks which are showing up for you and make sure that we are both 100% happy with your progress.

HOW THE PROGRAMME WORKS
On October 11th, I will be leading a group of 8 individuals to their life of food freedom. Every single thing you need for a FULL recovery will be covered in depth.
We have 2 group sessions per week on zoom where each of the modules is covered. You will also receive weekly 1:1 sessions with me where we personalise each module to your individual needs and goals.
You will have access to a closed online support group and you will also receive your very own printable peaceful eating work-book to document your journey.
The 10 modules we cover are….
1) Ditching the diet & bringing awareness to your patterns.
2) Breaking the the black and white mentality & creating stability.
3) Awakening your intuition & honouring hunger and fullness.
4) Understanding and overcoming your triggers.
5) Managing your urges & how to not act on them.
6) Managing your emotions the RIGHT way.
7) Navigating a relapse and ‘’bouncing back’’ after a binge.
8) Aligning actions & behaviours to your peaceful eating mission.
9) Body acceptance and overcoming negative self talk.
10) Nutrition basics and a healthy approach to weight management.
