Coaching agreement for the 12 week Peaceful eating programme

 

Coach: Tasha Pyne

Client: You

 

Description of Coaching: Coaching is partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought- provoking, goal- orientated process that inspires the client to maximise personal potential. It is designed to facilitate development of personal goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/ plan for achieving those goals.

 

1) Coach-Client Relationship

 

A. Coach agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behaviour established by the International Coach Federation “(ICF)” (Coachfederation.org/ethics). It is recommended that the Client review the ICF Code of Ethics and the applicable standards of behaviour.

 

B. Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and his/ her coaching calls and interactions with the Coach. As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

 

C. Client acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of his or her life. The Client agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching principles into those areas and implementing choices is exclusively the Client’s responsibility.

 

D. Client acknowledges that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders and that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psycho-analysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals and that it is the Client’s exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed. If Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that the Client promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the coaching relationship agreed upon by the Client and the Coach.

 

E. The Client understands that in order to enhance the coaching relationship, the Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and to create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.

 

2) Procedure

 

A. Please sign this agreement and return to tasha@mindfoodpeace.com . The cost of the 12 week coaching program is  1,500 You will receive an invoice with the payment details - please make your payment within 24 hours to secure your priority space. You have a 48 hour ‘cool off’ period following payment. After this time, refunds are not available.

 

B. The program includes twice weekly group sessions which will take place using our online meeting room with Zoom. Your 1:1 sessions will take place weekly and it is the client's responsibility to book this 1:1 session in using the online booking system. All 12 sessions must be used within the 12 week period and cannot be carried forward beyond the end of the programme.

 

C. Sessions can be changed at anytime but please give your coach as much notice as possible, as long your coach hears from you before the session, your session can be rescheduled. If your coach does not hear from you prior to your session, this session will be lost, unless in the case of an emergency.

 

D. In the unlikely case that sessions are being repeatedly rescheduled it may suggest that something in your partnership is not working for you, if this is the case your coach will schedule a chat to see what can be changed.

 

E. At times your coach may too need to reschedule, however your coach will always give you plenty of notice.

 

F. Your coach is available to support you via email and WhatsApp. Replies may not always be instant.

 

G. It is best to access your sessions via a laptop/desktop. Please be somewhere quiet with great wifi connection. This means absolutely no sessions from cafes or whilst driving.

 

3) Contact and Communication

 

A. You can get in touch with your coach as often as you need.

B. Your coach will always aim to reply to emails and messages within 24hrs, if it is a detailed email it may take them longer to reply.

 

4) What’s included

A. Twice weekly group sessions on zoom where we will cover each of the modules in the programme .

 

B. weekly 1:1 sessions giving client the space to talk with coach on a 1:1 basis.

 

C. Printable worksheets and materials which will be emailed to you accordingly throughout the duration of the program.

 

5) Commitment and Confidentiality

 

A. The content of any conversation between the Coachee and the Coach during the1:1 process will be strictly private and confidential.

 

B. The group sessions however will be recorded and sent out to you after the session. It is the clients choice whether or not to share anything that may be confidential during these group sessions.

 

C. As part of ongoing professional development, the hours for these sessions will count towards the Coach professional development and further coaching accreditation and certification. By signing this agreement, the coachee agrees to allow the number of hours and contact details to be provided to the International Coach Federation.

 

D. You understand that there are no guarantees in coaching, just as there are none with counselling or therapy, however your coach is 100% committed to the tools, knowledge and experience within their remit, to support you towards accomplishing your desired outcome.
